Our fulfillment team remains 100% committed to processing and packaging your order within 1-3 business days of receiving it. However, in the spirit of transparency we want to be up front about potential delays you may experience:

Hair Sample Kits: It may take longer than normal to receive your kit in the mail, and your return-shipping may be delayed in reaching our lab. Rest assured, whenever possible we will expedite analysis to ensure your Wellness Report is delivered in a timely fashion.

Personalized Cellular Nutrition: While the process of blending your personalized formula will not be affected by COVID-related delays, your at-home delivery may take longer than usual.
- Scanning and Tracking: Please note: Due to carrier backlog, it's possible that package scans may be delayed. Additionally, in rare instances, there may be issues with visibility of tracking. It's possible that you may receive your order before the tracking information is available.
